Vila “Sellista” se nalazi iznad dubrovačke rivijere, mjesto Ivanica u Bosni i Hercegovini. Udaljenost od Dubrovnika je 8 km, do Trebinja 15 km. Sa terase se pruža predivan pogled na Cavtat, Mline i Kupare, te na otoke Supetar, Mrkan i Bobara.
Vila se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe (svaka od soba ima zasebno kupatilo i toalet), veliki dnevni boravak sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom, wc za goste, terase su oko čitave kuće, a veš kuhinja sa sušionicom i ostavom su na prvom nivou gdje se nalaze i dva parking mjesta u okviru parcele. Kuća je građena i opremljena u toskanskom rustikalnom stilu. Oko kuće su masline. lavande, oleanderi, palma i drugo mediteransko rastinje. Na terasi je i veliki vanjski roštilj sa velikim keramičkim stolom.
Bazen je opremljen najsavremenijom opremom za slanu vodu i sa sistemom grijanja vode što znatno produžava sezonu njegovog korištenja.
Vila je opremljena centralnom jedinicom za klimu, dva televizora, WI-Fi, alarm, kuhinjom sa svim elementima…

Villa “Sellista”, is located on the hills above Dubrovnik Riviera in a village called Ivanica, on the border between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, on the Herzegovinian side. The distance to Dubrovik is 8km, to Trebinje 15km. There is a spectacular view of Cavtat, Mlini and Kupari, as well as the open sea with islands Supetar, Mrkan i Bobara. Standing on the terrace with pool in front of the villa, one has the feeling like flying over Dubrovnik Riviera. Villa consists of three double-bed bedrooms with shower bathrooms en suite, large living/kitchen/dining space, entrance hall with guest WC, terraces all around the property, utility and storage rooms underneath the terraces and the house, and a parking space in front of the house. Property is fully fenced. It is built, furnished and decorated in the style of Tuscany stone houses. Olive trees, lavender, oleander and other plants complement the Mediterranean flair of the property. On the terrace there is a cozy BBQ place with a dining table and 8x4m heated swimming pool. There is AC in every room, 2 flat TV sets, Wi-Fi and burglar alarm.
